American Lending Center Executive to Moderate Real Estate Finance Conference's EB-5 Panel

American Lending Center (ALC), one of the nation's leading EB-5 regional centers, joined key industry executives for the influential Fall 2018 Crittenden Real Estate Finance Conference, held in Miami from September 12th-14th.

ALC's Chief Investment Counsel Justin Blackhall moderated an hour-long panel entitled The Future of EB-5 in the U.S. Construction Industry. The discussion explored recent legislative updates to the EB-5 program and the current state of government reform, as well as key financial considerations for those in the real estate industry. Blackhall spoke to the process of raising EB-5 capital, how such funds can be utilized for a project and EB-5 investment's impact on other financing players. ALC's executive team has received multiple industry awards for its investment strategies and innovative placement of EB-5 funds in the capital stack.

"EB-5 can be utilized by the real estate industry to effectively streamline local job creation by ensuring that stakeholders have the wherewithal to align EB-5 beneficiaries with the most comprehensive package possible," stated Blackhall. "The investments our company facilitates help American businesses and construction projects to catalyze local economies and provide significant short- and long-term benefits to their communities."

This marks the first Crittenden conference ALC has participated in, an event that brings together real estate professionals ranging from developers to investors to service providers. ALC is currently the largest non-bank SBA 504 lending institution, having successfully provided over 350 million dollars to American ventures and funded over 60 SBA 504 projects with parent company RCH. The company received a record-breaking nine EB-5 project approvals in nine different cities for 30 newly approved investors in March of 2018 alone.
