Nanfu was founded in 1988 in Nanping City, Fujian Province, China, based on Fuzhou Battery Factory established in 1954, and was acquired by Gillette/Duracell in 2003 and CDH in 2015, respectively.

Now, Nanfu is one of the top 5 alkaline battery manufacturers in the world and has been the No. 1 alkaline battery marker in China for years. It markets its products under NANFU, EXCELL, and ECOENERGY brands, and has a factory of 200,000 square metres and a nationwide sales network comprising 33 offices. Quality control system

Environmental protection

Nanfu complies to UL safety requirements and RoSH material substance requirements. The alkaline batteries currently produced do not contain mercury, which are so environment-friendly that they can be discarded along with garbage.
