SINGAPORE - Nov. 19, 2018 - PRLog -- America 2030 Capital Limited issued a public announcement on November 10 in an attempt to dispel incorrect public announcement made by Sunpower Business Group LTD and its executives.
We sincerely regret that some of our clients do not adhere to contracts which they executed but would rather resort to issuing untruthful public announcements which contradict the documents in a false and futile effort to appease and pacify shareholders for the poor performance of its publicly traded stock.
In accordance with the contracts, America 2030 Capital Limited has initiated arbitration proceedings against entities owned by two key executives of Sunpower Business Group LTD for amongst other things, breach of contract, default, tortuous interference, defamation and slander. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in the Federation of St.Kitts and Nevis, by the Arbitrator Conflict Resolution Center of St.Kitts & Nevis in accordance with UNCITRAL International Arbitration Rules.
The executed contract provides for confidentiality but the executives of Sunpower Business Group LTD broke the confidentiality clause of the contracts by issuance of public announcements and disclosing the existence and content of the contracts. America 2030 confirms the existence of stock loan agreements executed by the two executives.
It is therefore announced that on Monday, November 12th, 2018 America 2030 Capital Limited has initiated arbitration proceedings against the two executives of Sunpower Business Group LTD and will aggressively defend its reputation and the enforcement of contracts executed by the two executives.
It is with confidence that America 2030 represents that it acted in good faith at all times and strictly in accordance with the loan contracts executed by Sunpower executives and it will vigorously and with vengeance defend its reputation and will seek all avenues available at law to exonerate itself from false announcements being made by Sunpower Group LTD as it seeks to find excuses and blame someone for the poor and disappointing performance of its stock price.
