'Serious' complaints against Kavanaugh are dismissed because he was confirmed to SCOTUS

The oversight body reviewing complaints lodged against Kavanaugh said Tuesday that the allegations against the former federal appeals court judge are "serious" but that it must dismiss them without determining their merits.
