Battered Chip ETFs Could See Some Relief

Semiconductor stocks and exchange traded funds are tumbling this month. Semiconductor ETFs tested their long-term trend lines last week as the trade-induced, risk-off selling continued with Chinese officials throwing more fuel into the fire.
