Texas power demand to hit record again as heat wave bakes U.S. Southeast

Demand for electricity in Texas on Tuesday will break a record high that was hit on Monday as consumers keep their air conditioners cranked up to escape a heat wave baking much of the U.S. Southeast, according to the state's power grid operator.
