Mediaset files complaint with Italian market watchdog against Vivendi

Mediaset has filed a complaint with Italy's market watchdog, accusing hostile shareholder Vivendi of leaking information with the goal of scuppering a cross-border merger deal, the Italian broadcaster said on Thursday.
