Thyssenkrupp in talks to buy steel trader Kloeckner: Handelsblatt

German industrial group Thyssenkrupp is in talks to buy metals trader Kloeckner & Co in a move to strengthen its steel business, Handelsblatt reported on Thursday citing sources familiar with the matter.
