The appointment takes effect immediately.
Mr. Liszkowski is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and is the Corporation's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Liszkowski joined Iplayco in 2009 following 13 years of public practice in Canada and the United States with international audit, tax and advisory firms. He was named Iplayco's Chief Financial Officer on January 4, 2010 and is responsible for the Corporation's financial reporting, treasury and risk management functions. Mr. Liszkowski's experience building relationships within the financial community has enabled Iplayco to obtain tens of millions of dollars in funding on favourable terms. This has provided the company with the financial flexibility to win business in all shapes and sizes, including orders for some of the largest playcenters in the world. Mr. Liszkowski has also led due diligence and completion of acquisitions in Asia and Europe to expand Iplayco's sales markets overseas.
