'Not the economy, stupid': A majority of Americans say 2020 election will be about something else

A majority of Americans think a recession is likely in the next year, but amid historically low unemployment and a record stock market, most voters say the 2020 election will not be about the economy, according to a new CNBC Invest In You survey.
