These new hires have decades of combined experience in their respective disciplines across the IT, telecommunications, office administration and sales fields. Below is a summary of each new employee:
Mike Housman has worked in the IT industry for the last seven years, specializing in product development, IT network design and cloud migrations. At StoredTech, he will be focusing on moving businesses to the cloud through applications such as Office 365 and VoIP.
Nick Johnson has been in the MSP industry for eight years, providing full-service IT infrastructure support to small and midsize businesses. He specializes in developing and maintaining IT solutions built to fit a client’s specific budget.
Matt Hamlin completed three years in the Cisco Networking Program at SUNY Adirondack before joining a small MSP after college. Now at StoredTech, he will work in the Infrastructure Department running Ethernet cables, installing IP cameras and working with IP phones.
Shelly Topino has worked in the telecommunications and IT industry for 20 years in the Capital Region of New York. Her background is in sales, sales management and account management.
Missy Ricciardone has more than 20 years’ experience in office management, administration and leadership roles. She excels in providing client, customer and vendor support.
