The iShares PHLX Semiconductor ETF ( SOXX B+ ) and the VanEck Vectors Semiconductor ETF ( SMH A- ) are two of this year’s best-performing industry ETFs. The average gain sported by the pair of benchmark chip ETFs is north of 58%.
