Tarrant County Salon Suite Rental Chain Reopens with New Safety Precautions

FORT WORTH, TX, May 11, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A banner hanging in the entranceway of Salon and Spa Galleria locations was a welcome sight for the more than 275 salon suite rental, salon booth rental and salon chair rental tenants who make a living purveying a variety of beauty services at the chain's locations.

"We are thrilled to welcome our salon tenants back and to wish them well as they start taking appointments from eager clientele," said Salon Manager Jennifer Knittel.

"Fortunately, because we own our salon suite rental locations, we had the financial strength to be able to pause rents for the approximately 275 beauty professionals who rent from us during the state-mandated Corona shutdown," said Knittel.

"This is the longest I have gone without cutting hair since I started barbering," said Salon and Spa Galleria Bedford TX tenant Hector Saez of Hector's Style Shop. "I am so excited to be getting back to work behind the chair," he added.

"We have gone over the new Open Texas guidance for salons from the State of Texas and will be following it," said Knittel. "As we reopen, we want to do so in a way that is safe for our independent beauty professionals and for all their clients," she added.

Salon and Spa Galleria's leasing agents have been adding tenants because they are offering move in specials that include up to 12 weeks of free rent." The fast-growing chain will be opening new locations including, Salon and Spa Galleria Weatherford, and Lake Worth Salon and Spa Galleria on Boat Club Road.
