Heather Smith Joins Flimp Communications as Chief People Officer and Senior Account Success Manager

Former VP of HR for Fidelity Investments brings twenty-five years of experience managing employees

In her role as Chief People Officer and Senior Account Success Manager, Heather will report to CEO, Wayne Wall. Her primary responsibilities will include ensuring the success of Flimp's marquee customers, while also overseeing the HR function at Flimp.

Heather brings a vast amount of experience in the field of HR and operations to Flimp Communications. During her tenure at Fidelity, she project managed several key HR improvements for a business unit with more than 5,000 employees. She also worked directly with the company's leadership to create strategic plans and streamline efficiencies.

She works closely with the other account success managers at Flimp and coordinates directly with the project management team. In her role as Chief People Officer, Heather will work with leadership to set the strategic growth plan for the organization and oversee HR operations.
