About Mark Collins
Born in St. Louis, MO, and raised in San Bernardino, CA, Mark knows what you can achieve with hard work and determination. Mark attended Pacific High School where he obtained a football scholarship to Cal St. Fullerton. After college, Mark was drafted by the NY Giants in the second round (44th overall) in the 1986 NFL Draft.
Mark spent 13 years as a professional cornerback and safety, playing in three Super Bowls. In his first year with the NY Giants, he started at cornerback as the Giants won Super Bowl XXI. Five years later the Giants won Super Bowl XXV with Mark being awarded Defensive MVP.
After his playing days, Mark wanted to help kids in his hometown and nationally get an opportunity to secure an education through sports.
