Raj is a recognized expert in building background check partner programs. Raj was previously the Senior Vice President of Global Business Development for First Advantage, where he led the creation of the company’s partnership program. Since leaving First Advantage, Raj has worked with a number of human resource services and technology companies to build collaborative partnership programs.
