Daniel Tillery Receives AMT Next Gen 40 Under 40 Award

ONTARIO, Calif. - September 10, 2020 - (Newswire.com)

Certified Aviation Services, LLC (CAS), Congratulates Daniel Tillery who is being honored as a recipient of the AMT Next Gen 40 under 40 Award. As Training Manager, Daniel Tillery leads CAS’s Training Program, assists with Customer Service, and is responsible for CAS’s component capability management.

Daniel Tillery joined CAS in 2017 as an Aviation Technician. It was then, that Daniel began showcasing his exceptional skills and leadership abilities that soon propelled him into a place of management within the organization. Daniel not only demonstrated remarkable capabilities as an employee, but he also proved to be a “game changer” within the company of CAS.

After a career change as a high school teacher for seven years, Daniel attended A&P school at Coastal Community College in, Mobile, Alabama, where he received his A&P certificate. It was thereafter, that Daniel accepted employment with CAS in Fairhope, Alabama.

After joining CAS, he served the Quality Department to assist in enhancing the internal training program by proposing substantial improvements. Since Daniel joined CAS, he has obtained the FAA’s Diamond Award of Excellence every year.

CAS' President of Components, Brad Caban, stated:

"Daniel is one of those people who makes a difference no matter where he goes or what he’s involved in. He has made a notable difference within our training programs, our operations, and our ability to move fast and accurately with regards to bids and capabilities. With his background, he brings a level of professionalism to the team that is infectious to the rest of us.”

In addition to his plausible work ethics, Daniel became instrumental in working with the A&P training programs nearby. He implemented a new program where he would select the top few students from each training class and bring them on board as “Technician Helpers” to give them hands-on-training in how an FAA Repair Station operates. I guess the old cliché proves to remain true, “once a teacher, always a teacher.”
