Insurers plan 7.9% rate hike, despite profitable Q2

Nearly half a million Massachusetts residents will see health insurance premiums increase by an average of 7.9%, despite several insurers reporting substantial operating gains as patients stayed out of hospitals and didn't use their insurance.
