Constellation Advisers, LLC ("Constellation"), the leading co-sourced and outsourced investment management service provider, announced that it has hired Juneau Lee as a senior Director within its Regulatory and Compliance Practice. Mr. Lee brings nearly 30 years of broad investment management, financial services, and legal industries experience from his capacities with the SEC, hedge fund CCO, regulatory and compliance, forensic financial consulting, and the Federal Reserve Bank. He will be based in Constellation’s Dallas office, and will assist clients with their regulatory and compliance requirements.

Mr. Lee joins Constellation after serving as Principal at Arquebus Capital, a Texas based family office. Prior to Arquebus, Mr. Lee was the Chief Compliance Officer at Hayman Capital Management, a $2.4 billion SEC Registered Investment Adviser focused on global event-driven opportunities. While at Hayman, he oversaw all aspects of the firm’s compliance program, sat on numerous executive committees, and successfully led the firm through two regulatory examinations with the SEC and the NFA. Mr. Lee also served almost a decade at the SEC as an OCIE Senior Examinations Accountant, leading numerous examinations and assisting with enforcement actions. Mr. Lee earned his Masters of Business Administration in Finance and his Masters of Science in Accounting from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University, and his Bachelors of Science in Economics from Edgewood College.
