Cannabis Central: Pure-Play Pot Stock Portfolio Plummeted 7.7% Last Week

The Pure-Play Pot Stock Portfolio continues to perform poorly. It was down 7.7% this past week following 1.3%, 3.1% and 6.9% declines the previous three weeks. Only four constituents went up and two had no change in price.
