Uncomfortable Experiences the Key to Reaching Goals: Australian Mindset Coach Kevin Paulraj

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA / ACCESSWIRE / December 3, 2020 / Australian mindset strategist Kevin Paulraj has had clients do absurd dares in public and give away money to charity as part of his unique experience-led teaching method to equip workplace leaders with the strategies to overcome challenges and reach their goals.

Getting out of your comfort zone and taking control of your own life is more important than learning simple strategies taught to motivate in a traditional coaching session, said the Sydney-based coach.

"My belief is that the fastest way to master the mind is to master your fears by doing something," Mr. Paulraj said.

"I have forced my clients to give speeches on open train carriages, approach the opposite sex in broad daylight, make clients knock on doors to talk about Jesus, meditate, scream, do absurd dares, give a large portion of their money to charity and do Facebook Lives."

"This is why most coaches cannot deliver. A conversation doesn't always emulate the real world because life is not a conversation, it's an experience with a conversation that accompanies it."

His unique approach tailors lessons to individual clients to get them to achieve powerful results.

While other trainers are focused on techniques, Mr. Paulraj looks at clients' holistic approach to life, such as their personal levels of self-belief and motivation, their water consumption, food consumption, and morning routine.

Working on the basis that everyone is unique, he develops a strategy designed for that person's particular goals and developmental shortcomings. Whether people are looking to start and build a business or overcome suicidal thoughts, emotional trauma or fears, the coach has made it his mission to help them master their habits, manage their time, earning the money, and achieve the lifestyle and freedom they want.

"Everyone has an internal compass that points them to an inspired life, where they perform at their best and live a life they wouldn't trade for the world. But, because we are subordinated to the voices of our parents, education systems, and what our friends and social media tell us we aren't able to connect with this compass," Mr. Paulraj said.

"I take my clients through a very specific process of examining their life, their past highs and lows, and everything in between to identify where this compass is pointing them. Once we discover the compass, we learn to quiet the external voices and louden our internal voice and listen to it until we are led to the gold that is within us."

Mr. Paulraj knows all too well the importance of overcoming a negative mindset and identifying your true goals to find purpose.

Having grown up to migrant parents in Western Sydney, he often felt like an outsider as one of the few Indian students in his class and was bullied. His father often told him he was "not worth one cent" - a belief he held through young adulthood and severely impacted his self-esteem and mental health. Not only did the young man waste more than $70,000 on higher education courses he never finished, but he also developed a reliance on party drugs as a way of coping with his severe anxiety.

Upon discovering the power of mindset, personal responsibility, and drive, Mr. Paulraj built the courage to leave his highly successful sales career to launch a business designed to help others and is now turning over six figures in revenue having worked with over 100 clients.

The mindset and performance coach's proven method is highly sought after. Mr. Paulraj offers one-on-one coaching and group training through workshops and presentations in workplaces, previously working with hotelier Accor Hotels, HR company Employsure and has coached many up-and-coming agents from major national real estates including Ray White, Harcourts, Laing+Simmons, and Century 21.

He also does speaking engagements at seminars, retreats, and keynote events to inspire others.
