Wellness Coach Announces Global 7 Day Mind & Body Challenge

Wellness Coach is launching a 7 Day Mind & Body Challenge to give you a kick-start while supporting frontline workers impacted by the pandemic.

Wellness Coach, the Softbank-funded enterprise wellness startup offering mental and physical wellness tools to 1,000+ companies globally, is launching a 7 Day Mind & Body Challenge to give you a kick-start while supporting frontline workers impacted by the pandemic. The challenge is slated to run from Monday, January 11 through Monday, January 18, 2021, just in time to start the new year strong.

This effort is part of Wellness Coach's ongoing support to frontline workers and those affected by the pandemic. Wellness Coach will also donate $1 to HumankindNOW for every person who joins the challenge as the result of a referral by a Wellness Coach community member.

The 7 Day Mind & Body Challenge is free and available worldwide to anyone hoping to improve their mindfulness and wellbeing in the new year.

In the 7 Day Mind & Body Challenge, there will be three sessions per day regarding mind, body and sleep. To count towards the challenge, classes have to be taken the same day and participants cannot go back a day.

The final results will be announced 24 hours after the challenge is over to allow each time zone to complete their sessions. Wellness Coach will adjust results for the time zone. Winner has to have taken a class during the last day the challenge is live.

All participants who complete the minimum requirement of one class a day, two classes a day, or three classes a day, will receive a digital badge. Ten US-residents 7 Day Mind & Body Challenge winners will receive:

• 1st place prize: $1,000 gift card
• 2nd place prize: $250 gift card
• 3rd place prize: $100 gift card
• 4th place prize: $50 gift card
• 5th place - 10th place prize: $25 gift card each
