Millions of unemployed in U.S. will get 2nd tax refund from IRS starting this month

Millions of Americans who have already filed their taxes for 2020 but paid taxes on unemployment benefits they received will soon get another refund from the IRS, through President Joe Biden's American Rescue Plan.
