Freebirds CEO's legal background, curiosity help him guide burrito chain during new expansion push

The CEO of Austin-based Freebirds is excited about the possibility of robot-made burrito bowls: "It has real potential to address some of the economic inefficiency of delivery. Literally, I sit in my office every day and watch folks order lunch one at a time, and a car pulls up outside of the office one at a time with one bag — it's a very cost inefficient model."
