Gov. Shapiro vows to hold Norfolk Southern accountable for East Palestine train derailment

Gov. Josh Shapiro alleged that Norfolk Southern gave officials inaccurate information and "conflicting modeling data" following the wreck and said that the company "refused to explore or articulate alternative courses of action" in the immediate aftermath of the derailment.
