Market lower; Israel Chemicals lower, Teva's up and hiring

TEL AVIV (MarketWatch) -- Israeli stocks lost ground on Thursday, with losses in Israel Chemicals and the banks offset by strength in Teva Pharmaceutical and selected technology issues.
