On February 24, 2004, ONEOK, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its subsidiary, Palo Duro Pipeline Company, Inc., has reached an agreement to sell certain natural gas transmission and gathering pipelines and compression to an affiliate of Houston-based Enbridge Energy Partners L.P. for approximately $13 million.
