ADS Dividend Declaration

 

On 12 August 2004, ScottishPower announced in the Company’s first quarter results that the dividend for the quarter ended 30 June 2004 was 4.95 pence per ordinary share. The dividend will be payable on 28 September 2004 to shareholders on the register on 20 August 2004.

 

This is to confirm that the dividend rate per American Depositary Share (ADS) is $0.3602. The ADS dividend will be paid on 28 September 2004 to ADS holders of record on 20 August 2004.
