Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated August 29, 2007, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.

By letter dated August 29, 2007, the Company, following several inaccurate statements published in the media, clarified the terms of the transaction of the purchase of the office building known as BankBoston Tower, located at 265 Carlos María Della Paolera Street, City of Buenos Aires, announced yesterday, in which it had a 50% participation.

The transaction price amounted to US$108,000,000, having the Company paid US$ 54,000,000 in consideration for the acquisition of its 50% ownership.
