Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated October 12, 2010 filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores and the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires.

By letter dated October 12, 2010, the Company reported that it has sold in the secondary market, its Class I Notes of Alto Palermo S.A. (APSA), due 2017, for a nominal value of U$D 39,643,000.- As a result of such sale, the Company received a total income of U$D 38,078,340.34.-

It is important to clarify that as the Notes were issued pursuant to the Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act, the transaction was made in accordance with the requirements specified in the above regulation.
