By letter dated October 26, 2011 the Company reported the sale of a plot of land of approximately 8 hectares, located in Thames St. Nº 1868, (between Alberto Lartigau St. and Ramón Falcón St.), in the city of San Justo, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The price of the transaction was U$S 4.700.000, and paid on October, 25, 2011. The book value of the plot of land as of June 30, 2011 was of U$S 914.788.-
