Skinner submitted his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Hewlett-Packard Company (“HP”) to be effective upon the completion of the previously announced separation of HP into two independent public companies (the “Separation”), which is presently expected to occur on November 1, 2015. Mr. Skinner serves as a member of the Audit Committee and the HR and Compensation Committee of the Board. | |
