This Form 8-K/A is being filed to correct an error in the press release furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to the original Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on August 3, 2011. In the third full paragraph on page 3 of such press release, the first sentence stated that "As part of its capital investment plan, the company has invested $134.4 million in infrastructure improvements through the first six months of 2011." The sentence should have read as follows: "As part of its capital investment plan, the company has invested $142.8 million in infrastructure improvements through the first six months of 2011."
This amount was properly reflected in our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 filed with the SEC on August 5, 2011. The correction does not require any changes to any of the financial statements that were attached to the press release.
