On December 15, 2014, Terence Bernard Wise and Howard Morgan, as representatives of the participants named herein (together, “The Forward Thinking Group”) submitted to representatives of Institutional Shareholder Services, Inc. a slide presentation entitled “It’s Time to Move Forward at Forward Industries” (the “Presentation”).  The Forward Thinking Group may also use the Presentation in discussions with shareholders of Forward Industries, Inc.  A copy of the Presentation is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
