The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Antares Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on June 8, 2018. The following proposals, all of which were set forth in the Company’s definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 27, 2018, were voted on at the Annual Meeting.
