Attached is the
English translation of the summary of the letter dated February 28,
2019, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires
and the Comisión Nacional de
Valores.
By letter dated
February 28, 2019, IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad
Anónima ("IRSA" or the "Company") reported that it has
acquired, from an unrelated third party, the twenty percent (20%)
of Hoteles Argentinos S.A.' (HASA) shares, owner of the
Sheraton hotel, located at Cordoba Av 690, City of Buenos
Aires.
The amount of the
operation was set at USD 1,152,415, which were already fully
paid.
As a result of this
acquisition, IRSA holds 100% of HASA's share
capital.
