Resignation of Terry T. Sweet from Board of Directors
On November 15, 2018, Terry T. Sweet informed the Board of Directors of Peoples Bancorp Inc. (“Peoples”) of his decision for health reasons to resign from the Board of Directors of Peoples and the Board of Directors of Peoples’ banking subsidiary, Peoples Bank, effective November 15, 2018. A copy of Mr. Sweet’s resignation letter to Peoples' Chairman of the Board is included as Exhibit 17 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
