On January 21, 2005, Hewlett-Packard Company (“HP”) issued a press release entitled “HP and Intergraph Settle Patent Litigation” (the “Press Release”) relating to a settlement of disputes among HP and Intergraph Corporation (“Intergraph”) and Intergraph Hardware Technologies Company.
