Attached is the English translation of the summary of the letter dated June 26, 2014, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
By letter dated on June 26, 2014 the Company reported that a cash dividend of ARS 56,625,000 millions, equivalent to 9,868906707% of the shares outstanding will be paid to all shareholders registered as of July 14, 2014 (record date). The payment will be made effective on July 15, 2014.
