PRECISION DRILLING CORPORATION ANNOUNCES
THE YEAR-END MAILING
Calgary, Alberta, Canada - April 10, 2003
Precision Drilling Corporation announced today that it has mailed their 2002
Annual Report, along with the Notice of Annual Special Meeting of the
Shareholders, Proxy and the Management Information Circular, for the
shareholders meeting to be held on May 13, 2003, in the McMurray Room of the
Calgary Petroleum Club, 319-5th Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta, Canada at 3:00
p.m., Calgary time.
The 2002 Annual Report includes a discussion of analysis of financial condition,
results of operations and the financial statements for the year ended December
31, 2002, the results of which were previously released on February 13, 2003.
