“For more than three decades, U.S. News has been an invaluable guide for patients,” said Ben Harder, managing editor and chief of health analysis at U.S. News. “Hospitals designated as ‘High Performing’ demonstrate a consistent ability to deliver high-quality care for specific procedures and conditions.”
U.S. News & World Report’s annual Best Hospitals ratings are based on objective, data-driven measures including patient outcomes, mortality rates, complications, and the level of nursing care. The High Performing rating is a testament to hospitals that consistently deliver care at or above the national standard.
“These national distinctions are a testament to the unwavering dedication, compassion, and clinical expertise of our physicians, nurses, and staff across Prime Healthcare,” said Sunny Bhatia, MD, President & Chief Medical Officer of Prime Healthcare. “We are proud that our hospitals continue to be recognized among the best in the nation for quality, safety, and patient outcomes. This recognition reflects our commitment to excellence in every aspect of care as we provide exceptional, accessible, and equitable healthcare. We are honored to serve our communities and remain steadfast in advancing innovation, improving outcomes, and supporting healthier futures for all those who depend on us.”
Several of the recognized hospitals also hold additional national awards for clinical performance, patient safety, and quality outcomes. Prime Healthcare has earned more than 300 Healthgrades awards and was recognized with 46 “A” grades for social responsibility in the latest Lown Institute rankings.
