This prestigious event aims to reach $2 million to support the Club’s Scholarship Foundation, which was established in the fall of 2019 to provide educational assistance to the employees and children of full and part-time employees. The foundation is committed to creating a sustainable fund that will enable the scholarship awards and benefits to increase in the future, with the ultimate goal of awarding up to $10,000 per student for full-time employees and up to $5,000 for part-time students.
The annual Scholarship Foundation Dinner & Auction has become a highly anticipated event for members of the Club who are passionate about supporting the employees and their families. The evening consists of a cocktail reception, gourmet dinner, and an interactive and fun live auction featuring luxurious items and experiences donated by Members and local organizations. The Country Club at DC Ranch is a 501(c)3 charitable organization, meaning that contributions to the scholarship foundation are tax-deductible. Since its establishment, the Scholarship Foundation has awarded several scholarships to deserving students who have demonstrated an exemplary academic record, maintaining a minimum 3.0 GPA and good standing at their educational institution. Scholarship recipients are eligible for additional awards over a maximum of four years as long as they continue to meet these criteria.
