My fitness mentoring’s approach to a nutrition-lead physical body transformation

In contrast, an endomorph who is medium in height, has a larger build, slow metabolism, who works in an office, doesn’t work out at all, needs more like 1000-1500 calories. These calories need to be primarily of good food groups, in order for them to lose weight, which is an ocean apart from the above ectomorph.

Add a workout plan from a professional personal trainer, and a motivated mentor holding their hand during the process via weekly meetings, and this would be a feasible way to help guide to changing one’s physique.
