"This place was recommended by a neighbor and I am glad they did. I live in a townhouse so any exterior modifications require board approval. They handled all of the paperwork for me right away and the approval came the next day. Due to supply chain issues they forewarned us that there would be a delay in the window pane arrival (they manufacture everything locally in Medley but the panes come from elsewhere) and they kept to the original time frame promised. Installation was amazingly quick and they were very clean and did a good job with the finishing plaster. The county building inspection came off without a hitch. Screens came a bit later and again no complaints at all. The owner, Robert, takes a personal interest in his customers and apart from coming to double check the measurements himself, kept us regularly informed throughout the process. We have already noticed reduced noise level in the bedroom where the windows were installed and reduced energy costs, even though it is summer. I highly recommend them."
