The structure covers 185,000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 248,000 square meters and a height of 200 meters. It consists of four interconnected elliptical towers, reaching 42 floors. With its architectural approach, the building is recognized as a significant development in modern commercial design.
PRANCE Metalwork Building Material Co., Ltd. has contributed to the project by working on ceiling structures, artistic scale walls, and column wrapping. The company provided specialized construction materials and technical expertise to support the building’s structural and aesthetic features.
The company has supplied a range of products, including metal ceilings, woven ceiling structures, scaled facades, hyperbolic aluminum panels, and column cladding. These elements have been integrated into key areas such as open office spaces, conference rooms, break areas, and dining facilities.
The ceiling section of the project presented a particular challenge due to its woven design. The structure required precise measurements to ensure future maintenance would be possible. Additional considerations were necessary for integrating essential safety devices, including smoke detectors, cameras, sprinklers, and emergency lighting. The walls were designed to feature aluminum panels arranged at varying angles to achieve a scaled effect. These panels needed to remain adjustable while allowing for secure positioning once the intended arrangement was achieved.
To address these challenges, PRANCE coordinated closely with the project’s design and production teams. The company developed custom molds to standardize the precision of each component. Detailed planning ensured that structural requirements and design specifications were met while maintaining ease of maintenance for the future.
