THE AMERICAN RELICS have just released their highly anticipated new single “We Had A Dream” which is now available worldwide.
THE AMERICAN RELICS are a dynamic musical faction known for their captivating sound and engaging performances. Their sound shadows musical influences from the heartbeat of rock n’ roll of the past, however, their craft is alive and well received in the present while creating songs for the future.
At the heart of the group is John Gitano, who serves as the lead vocalist and composer. With his powerful voice and imaginative songwriting, Gitano brings a unique vision to the band, blending various influences to create a distinct musical identity. Those who are part of Gitano’s vision include Adrienne Dugger, an ex-opera singer turned rock star on vocals and harmonies, Nelson Montana a multi-instrumentalist on the bass, Neal Lazar a veteran lead guitarist, Bill Gulino, former music director at NBC on the keys, John McCann, drummer extraordinaire, and Patty Jarman on acoustic guitar and back-up vocals. Each member of the band is a seasoned musician in their own right and shares the spirit of rock n’ roll.
The band's style combines elements of rock, folk, and Americana, resonating with a broad audience while maintaining a fresh and innovative approach to their music. Gitano's lyrical storytelling often reflects themes of nostalgia, love, and the complexities of modern life, drawing listeners in with relatable narratives and emotive melodies. The band has already celebrated a Josie Music Award nomination in Nashville, a BroadwayWorld Award for their performance at the 40th Anniversary of the United Nation’s International Peace Day in Times Square NYC, and has had their music played on KISS FM. The American Relics are currently signed to the Tribeca Record Label and continue to perform live.
