OORT Announces PancakeSwap Listing and BSC Bridge

Enhancing DeFi Liquidity and Cross-Chain Integration for $OORT

NEW YORK CITY, NY / ACCESSWIRE / July 16, 2024 / OORT is excited to announce the listing of the $OORT token on PancakeSwap, coupled with the introduction of the OORT BSC bridge. This bridge allows seamless cross-chain transfers between OORT's native layer-one blockchain and the Binance Smart Chain (BSC), enhancing the flexibility and accessibility of $OORT. The listing took place on July 16th.

"We are thrilled to announce our listing on PancakeSwap and the launch of the BSC bridge, which allows our community to easily exchange $OORT cross-chain. This listing is set to improve the trading experience for our users," said Mike Robinson, Chairman of the OORT Foundation.

PancakeSwap represents the first step in integrating OORT into DeFi liquidity pools, with plans to expand $OORT's utility across more DeFi platforms in the future.

The listing will not alter the circulating supply of $OORT, as all tokens allocated to PancakeSwap are already in circulation.

Cross-Chain Exchange with OORT BSC Bridge

OORT will provide an intuitive bridge, allowing users to effortlessly convert their native $OORT tokens to BEP-20 tokens. This feature will be accessible via the OORT Foundation website. This implementation of cross-chain bridge technology paves the way for introducing stablecoins and other assets into the Olympus Protocol ecosystem in the future.

With the user-friendly interface, token exchanges will be seamless, enabling immediate use on PancakeSwap.

Enhanced Transparency and Ecosystem Development

In response to community requests for greater transparency, the licensing fee for Deimos, OORT's edge device, initially set at $60 per annual renewal, will soon be payable using $OORT. These tokens will be sent to a burner address, ensuring transparency as $OORT tokens are removed from circulation. This process is solely for the renewal licensing fee for Deimos and will foster a healthier ecosystem for OORT miners.
