(NYSE American:UMAC), a leader in drone technology and component manufacturing, today announced that it has notified Aloft that the previously announced acquisition has been terminated, effective June 9, 2025, in accordance with the termination provisions of the definitive agreement, as amended.
The decision was made after careful consideration and reflects recognition that the transaction, as structured, no longer aligns with the strategic priorities of either organization. No termination fees will be incurred, and both companies remain open to exploring future collaborations.
