Investor Glenn Rogers Becomes Partner & Chief Development Officer; Andres Torrente Joins from Omnicom’s Hearts & Science as Head of Media; Taco Bell’s Kelli-Rae Coughlin Named Senior Brand Solutions Director

Rogers, who has invested in SCS as a Partner, assumes the role of Chief Development Officer, charting strategic growth for the agency via business development and new partnerships. Rogers has a storied history as an entrepreneur and marketing industry leader. The founder of XS Energy Drink, which was sold to Amway, he’s currently a member of the executive council for New Age Beverages, a publicly traded company. A veteran of digital and print publishing, Rogers has held leadership roles at Variety and Advanstar Communications, among others. Recently, he also began advising PE and venture capital firms including RX3, a division of Roth Capital.

Torrente joins from Omnicom Media Group’s Hearts & Science where he was Director, Media Strategy, based out of Los Angeles and working with AT&T Mobility & Entertainment. Coughlin was previously at Taco Bell Design where she was Group Account Services Director.

In addition to Rogers, Torrente, and Coughlin, SCS has recruited Yi Chen as Senior Director of Strategy for Creative and Media. Chen, a creative and comms strategist, worked as an independent consultant for the past year for clients including Apple and eBay.

SCS also has appointed Eric Ramirez as Digital Marketing Planner and Betty Vang-Do as Senior Project & Account Manager. Ramirez was previously a paid media specialist at TurnKey Marketing. Vang-Do is an experienced digital marketer working with companies such as YPM.
