CareView Communications Executes Agreement With Long-Standing California Community Hospital

CareView Communications, Inc. (“CareView” or the “Company”) (OTCQB: CRVW), a technology provider to the healthcare industry, today announced the execution of a hospital agreement with a long-standing California community hospital that is part of a larger for-profit healthcare system.

This partnership leverages CareView’s patented Virtual Rails® predictive technology and exclusive integrations with the health system’s electronic health record (EHR) and nurse communication systems for enhanced clinical workflows and improved response times. The CareView Patient Safety System® also features the SitterView® Monitoring System, providing an even clearer picture of workflow and a total system solution that empowers caregivers to deliver the right care in the right place at the right time.

The three-year agreement was executed under the Company’s sales-based pricing model.
